Please provide me valuation for a 14-year-old three-bedroom apartment with hall, kitchen, dining space, two balconies, three bathrooms and 100 sft car parking space near to Six number junction, Amberpet. The apartment has all the legal clearances and amenities.

The six number junction near Amberpet is a densely populated area. In fact, the region is much in demand because it acts as a link between Amberpet, Malakpet and Dilsukhnagar. The region has a lot of commercial and residential value. However, for this particular property, we also may have to consider that it is a 14-year-old structure. According to me, the cost of the property may be around Rs. 42 lakh to Rs. 44 lakh.

Provide me valuation for a four-bedroom independent duplex house (G plus two) in Annapurna Enclave residential colony in Chandanagar. The total area is close to 2,030 sft in 133 sq. yards of north-facing land.

The house was constructed four-and-half years ago with all amenities like woodwork and premium fittings. The property has HUDA approved layout and approved plan.
